Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you name other than the carrier, received the goods.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example by e-mail, before the period ends. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

What happens after you withdraw

• We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after we receive your withdrawal.
• We refund by the same payment method you used unless we agree otherwise; for a crypto payment, to a wallet address you give us.
• We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us or you show that you have sent them, whichever comes first.
• Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of returning them.
• You are only liable for loss of value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been opened after delivery (for example supplements and cosmetics);
• online courses, once access has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal.

Defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, write to us with your order number and a photo. Statutory warranty rights apply, and we pay the return shipping for defective items.
