Consent to personal data processing

With this consent you allow {{SELLER_NAME}} (the controller; address {{SELLER_ADDRESS}}; e-mail {{SELLER_EMAIL}}) to process your personal data as described below. You give it by ticking the separate consent box at checkout or sign-up. It is separate from the Terms of Sale, it is voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time.

1. Data

  • name;
  • e-mail address;
  • phone number;
  • delivery address;
  • order history;
  • messages you send us.

2. Purposes

  • processing and delivering your order, giving access to courses, and answering your questions;
  • sending order and delivery notifications. These are not advertising.

Marketing e-mails need a separate consent and are not covered here.

3. Recipients

  • DHL, for delivery: name, delivery address and phone;
  • the hosting provider of the shop, with servers in Germany.

4. How long

Until you withdraw this consent or the purposes are fulfilled. After that we keep only what tax and commercial law require.

5. Withdrawal and your rights

You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to {{SELLER_EMAIL}} or on Telegram, t.me/cherkashina_oks. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it (GDPR art. 7(3)). Your other rights (GDPR arts. 15–21) and your right to complain to a supervisory authority (art. 77) are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Legal basis

Where processing is not already necessary to perform the contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), this consent is its legal basis (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and art. 7).
